Botox

Botox is a well-proven and approved drug that has been used for many years.
Botox is currently used with very positive results in the treatment of wrinkles and creases in the forehead and in the eye area (crow’s feet), in troublesome arm and hand sweats and in the treatment of migraine.

Botox blocks the nerve impulses to the facial muscles, thereby smoothing lines and wrinkles. The effect is seen within 3-4 days and the effect lasts up to 6 months.

The treatment is quick and easy. Botox is injected into the intended treatment area through barely noticeable thin needle sticks. No anesthesia is needed and you can return to normal activities immediately after treatment. Some patients experience a slight redness the first day which is soon transient.
